By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Crypto Trading Academy (herein known as Revenue Boomers) owned and operated by Revenue Boomers, whether or not you become a registered user (“User,” “You,” “Yourself,” “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.

At Our sole discretion, we reserve the right to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms regularly to keep Yourself informed of any changes.

2. EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER:

Revenue Boomers can not and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our training. We give you a 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all non-subscription products we sell, so if you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training, ask for your money back. You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings. We do not offer any legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here or on any of our sites are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Billing Address

The billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.

3. Returns and Cancellations

3.1 Physical Returns, Non-Subscription Products & Shipping

Returns & Non- Subscription Cancellations

100% money back guarantee covers the price of the product only. 100% money-back guarantee does not cover the shipping and handling fee because the customer decided to try the product; therefore, the customer accepts to pay the fee to ship the product.

Customers must contact our support department.

Once a return is received, or a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card –OR- mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders will be refunded to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

You have SEVEN (7) days from the original purchase date to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the SEVEN (7) DAY time limit will not be processed.

To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned.

Valid proof of returning a product includes delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued.

Due to loss or missing or slow mail, we will honor any package postmarked for up to one year after purchasing the product.

3.2 Subscriptions, Trials, and Digital Products

Free Trials: Your Revenue Boomers membership may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your membership lasts for SEVEN (7) days or as otherwise specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new and certain former members to try the service.

Free trial eligibility: Eligibility is determined by Revenue Boomers at its sole discretion, and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold if we determine you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent Revenue Boomers membership are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment, or an account email address used with an existing or recent Revenue Boomers membership to determine eligibility. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.

Trial Billing: We will charge your Payment Method for your monthly membership fee at the end of the free trial period. Your membership will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel your membership before the end of the free trial period. To view the monthly membership price and end date of your free trial period, visit our website and click the “Billing details” link on the “Account” page.

Billing Cycle: The membership fee for the Revenue Boomers service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged every month to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your membership until your membership is canceled. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. Visit our website and click the “Cancel Membership” link on the “My Profile” page to see your next payment date. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may be reduced to reflect the authorization during your free trial period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your Revenue Boomers membership at any time. You will continue to have access to the Revenue Boomers service through the end of your monthly billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods. To cancel, go to the “My Profile” page on our website, select ‘Cancel Membership,’ and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. Click “Billing details” on the “Account” page to see when your account will close.

Digital Products: You have up to SEVEN (7) days to request a refund for all courses. After the SEVEN (7) days, you will not be granted a refund. If any of the course material is downloaded, you will waive your right to a refund. If you access the digital content in any way, your right to a refund is waived.

No refund will be given if Revenue Boomers has reason to believe that an individual has viewed any of the content they have purchased.

Revenue Boomers regret that registrations cannot be transferred to another eLearning or face-to-face course. eLearning bookings are not transferable.

Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money-back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.

4. Terms of Subscription Renewal

Trial members will receive a notice from us that your trial period is ending or that the paying portion of your membership has begun. We will bill your payment method monthly for your membership fee until you cancel. To cancel your subscription, submit a ticket at info@revenueboomers.com.

Monthly Revenue Boomers Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to the Terms of Service page’s Returns & Subscription Cancellations section.

Yearly Revenue Boomers Subscribers will be notified via email before renewal, and the yearly subscription will automatically renew each year at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to the Terms of Service page’s Returns & Subscription Cancellations section.

5. Revenue Boomers Certifications and Mastery Courses

You have SEVEN (7) days from the original purchase date to review the training and preview the course. Any refund requests after the SEVEN (7) DAY time limit will not be processed.

No refunds will be processed after the final exam has been started.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that the Revenue Boomers, including but not limited to Revenue Boomers Products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates, and the scripts and software used to implement Revenue Boomers Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Revenue Boomers and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for the use of the Revenue Boomers Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Revenue Boomers Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means without expressed written permission from Revenue Boomers. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Revenue Boomers Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Revenue Boomers brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Revenue Boomers and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Revenue Boomers products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Revenue Boomers brand at any time without notice. In no event will Revenue Boomers be liable for making these changes. Revenue Boomers may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Revenue Boomer’s services, in any case, and without notice or liability.

All copyrights in and to Revenue Boomers (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Revenue Boomers and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF Revenue Boomers, EXCEPT FOR USE OF Revenue Boomers AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

Revenue Boomers does not accept any liability for any loss or damage which is incurred from you buying, selling, or trading any cryptocurrency or NFT and acting or not acting as a result of joining the Crypto Trading Academy, watching the video training, or reading any of our material. You acknowledge that you use the information we provide at your own risk.

Our individual pieces of training, tokens lists, content, marketing collateral, or other promotions do not offer investment advice, and nothing should be construed as investment advice.
